  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • diced apples - 4 c
  • self-rising flour or add 3/4 tsp - 2 c

How to make apple cake:

Mix together apples, sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and add to the first mixture. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
