Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• apple, cut in small, thin chunks - 1 c

How to make apple cake:

Topping:2 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix everything together, except for apples. Apples go in last. Sprinkle on topping before cake goes in the oven. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
