  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • medium apples, diced - 6 item

How to make apple cake:

Cream together margarine, sugar and egg. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; mix well with first mixture. Add sliced, cored and peeled apples; mix well. Spoon into ungreased baking pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until well browned.
