  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • apples, peeled and sliced - 4 c
  • eggs can use Egg Beaters - 3 item

How to make apple cake:

Beat oil and eggs until frothy; add sugar gradually. Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Fold in apples. Spoon into 9 x 13-inch ungreased cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
