Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• cream cheese - 8 oz
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• melted butter - 2 Tbsp
• nuts optional - 1 item
• salad oil - 1 c
• sliced apples - 4 c
• powdered sugar or more to get right consistency - 3 c

How to make apple cake:

Beat eggs and oil until foamy. Add sugar, vanilla, soda, flour, salt and cinnamon. Fold in apples and nuts. Batter will be thick. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° about 1 hour or less.

Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together to the right spreading consistency and frost cake.
