Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cooked apple pulp - 2 qt
How to make apple butter:
Use apple pulp left from preparing apple juice for jelly. (See recipe.) Press through a sieve or food mill. Measure pulp. Add sugar and spices.
