- applesauce - 21 gal
- bottle cinnamon - 1 item
How to make apple butter:
Clean apple butter kettle with salt and vinegar. Cook applesauce until it turns reddish. Add sugar (takes about 1 hour). Cook 1 hour more. Seal in jars. Makes 84 quarts.Recipe categories: Fruit, Apple, Condiments, etc..
