Appetizer meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- cornflake crumbs - 1/2 c
- catsup or chili sauce - 1/4 c
How to make appetizer meatballs:
Mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 3 dozen tiny meatballs. Place in pan. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown. It is not necessary to turn meatballs as they bake. Insert toothpick into each one. Serve with hot barbecue sauce.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
