Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- frozen coconut - 1 item
- cup nuts chopped - 3/4 item
- Ritz Crackers - 30 item
- whipped cream or cool whip - 1 item
How to make angel pie:
Beat egg whites stiffly. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Crush crackers. Mix with egg whites and nuts. Put in greased pie plate. Bake 325° about 15 minutes. When cool cover with cream and fresh coconut. 1/2 pt. to each pie. 6 to 8 servings. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
