Ingredients/Components

  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 lb
  • Cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • Eggs - 4 item
  • Soda - 2 tsp
  • Cup Flour - 2 item
  • Cups Sugar - 2 item
  • Cup Nuts Optional - 1 item
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil - 1 item
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Zucchini - 3 item
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  • Cup Butter Softened - 1/2 item

How to make zucchini bars:

Mix well and pour in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. When cool frost with cream cheese icing.Cream Cheese Icing:8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened1 tsp. Vanilla1 lb. Powdered Sugar1/2 Cup Butter Softened1 Cup Nuts (Optional) Cream butter and cream cheese. Add rest of ingredients. Beat until creamy and smooth. Add nuts if desired and spread on cake.
