Angel cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• flour - 4 c
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• shortening - 2 c
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• brown sugar, packed - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c

How to make angel cookies:

Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls. Bake in a 350° oven for 18 to 20 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
