  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • cream of tartar - 2 tsp
  • white sugar

How to make snickerdoodles:

Coating:2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. sugar Mix all ingredients; roll into balls 3/4 to 1-inch. Roll in the coating. Bake at 350°. Remove when the tops start to crack, about 10 minutes.
