- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1 c
- cream of tartar - 2 tsp
- white sugar
How to make snickerdoodles:
Coating:2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. sugar Mix all ingredients; roll into balls 3/4 to 1-inch. Roll in the coating. Bake at 350°. Remove when the tops start to crack, about 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
