Italian spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1 item
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cooked tomatoes - 2 c
- uncooked spaghetti, broken into pieces - 2 c
- shredded cheese - 1 item
How to make italian spaghetti:
Cook onion, oil and sugar in a large pan until light brown. Add ground beef; crumble up and brown, stirring frequently. Drain off grease. Add tomatoes, cooked spaghetti and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover with lid and simmer 20 minutes. Stir often. Pour out in dish and put cheese on top, if desired.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
