American chop suey
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- 8 oz - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- diced green pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- 4 oz - 3/4 c
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
How to make american chop suey:
Saute beef, green pepper, onion and garlic in 5-quart nonstick saucepan until beef is browned. Add mushrooms, sauce, salt, pepper, oregano and macaroni (cooked). Cover; simmer under low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!Recipe categories: Pasta, Meat, Beef.
