flour - 3 c
sugar - 2 c
cinnamon - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
soda - 1 tsp
eggs - 3 item
oil
thinly sliced bananas - 2 c
small can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 item
chopped pecans - 1 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
In another bowl mix remaining ingredients
stick of melted oleo - 1/2 item
powdered sugar - 2 c
Small amount of water if necessary - 1 item

How to make banana cake:

Mix together first 5 ingredients. In another bowl mix remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and stir with spoon, do not over beat. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 325 degrees, then 10-15 minutes more at 350 degrees.Icing:3 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick of melted oleo2 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Small amount of water if necessary Cream oleo and cream cheese; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add water if necessary to make mixture spread easily.
