- Step 2:1 8 oz
- 5 oz
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- Cut pineapple chunks in smaller pieces
- pineapple juice - 1 item
- coconut - 1 item
How to make ambrosia cake:
Follow directions on the box.Step 2:1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks1 (3.5 oz.) can or bag coconut, sweetened2 Tbsp. flour Drain juice from pineapple in separate container for icing. Cut pineapple chunks in smaller pieces. Add 1/2 cup of coconut and 2 tablespoons of flour to pineapple chunks. Mix well and add to cake mixture and blend 2 minutes. Set oven to 350° and bake until done.Icing:1 c. powdered sugar pineapple juice coconut Mix powdered sugar with pineapple juice for spreading consistency.
