- chopped pecans - 1 c
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- Cool Whip - 1 (12
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- instant pistachio pudding
- can chunky pineapple - 1 oz
How to make ambrosia:
In a large bowl, mix both cans of pineapple. Sprinkle powdered pudding on top. Let set for 3 minutes, then combine nuts and coconut and fold into mixture.
