  • chopped pecans - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • boiling water
  • can crushed pineapple
  • small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • lime Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • large marshmallows, quartered - 12 item

How to make lime parfait:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add marshmallows and cream cheese. Stir until dissolved; add pineapple and nuts. Chill until set. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight or at least 12 hours.
