All day beef stew
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- instant coffee
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
- carrots, sliced - 4 item
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- bag frozen mixed vegetables - 1 lb
- Minute tapioca - 1/4 c
- can whole tomatoes undrained - 1 oz
- instant bouillon - 1 bouillon
- onions, cut in chunks - 2 item
- lean stew meat, cubed - 2 lb
How to make all day beef stew:
Put all ingredients into a large ovenproof pan. Mix and cover. Cook in preheated oven at 250° for 7 hours, at 300° for 5 hours or at 350° for 3 hours. It makes its own gravy.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Stew.
