African curry
Ingredients/Components
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- tsp salt - 1 item
- c milk - 2 item
- tbsp sugar - 2 item
- c flour - 1/2 item
- tsp onion salt - 1/2 item
- c margarine - 1/2 item
- tsp ginger - 1/8 item
- c chicken stock - 1 item
- tbsp curry powder - 1 item
- Cooked, diced chicken 3-4 breast halves
How to make african curry:
Melt margarine over low heat. Add flour, salt, sugar, onion salt, curry powder and ginger. Stir in milk and chicken stock gradually. Add soup and chicken. Simmer until thickened. Serve over rice.The following may be added as toppings: Chopped peanuts, chopped celery, chopped tomatoes, shredded coconut, chopped raisins, crushed pineapple, chopped onions.
