Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can French fried onion rings - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach - 3 pkg
How to make spinach casserole:
Cook and drain spinach in the box. Beat egg yolks. Mash cream cheese and add both to the hot mushroom soup. Add spinach, beaten egg whites and Parmesan cheese. Put in buttered casserole. Bake 15 minutes. Last 2 minutes, top with onion rings and add a little cheese to top.To freeze, leave off onion rings until ready to cook.
