Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped tomatoes - 2 c
- green onions - 1/2 c
- medium avocados - 4 item
- salad dressing mayo - 1/2 c
- to 6 drops Tabasco - 1 item
- cans refried beans 1 of which is with green chilies - 2 item
- sliced, ripe, black olives - 1/2 c
- each: Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese both shredded - 8 oz
How to make 5 layer dip:
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, mix cans of beans and spread in pan for bottom layer. Next, mix avocados with lemon juice, Tabasco, salt and pepper; spread this mixture on top of bean layer. Next, mix salad dressing with sour cream; spread on top of avocado mixture, then top with tomatoes, olives and onions, then spread both cheeses on top to finish layers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
