  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • medium heads cabbage - 2 item
  • small green pepper optional - 1 item

How to make 24 hour slaw:

Grate cabbage and onion and green pepper (optional). Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Will keep 2 weeks or more.
