  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 lb

How to make 2 minute fudge:

Stir together the confectioners sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla until blended in a 1 1/2-quart dish. Top with 1/2 cup butter. Microwave at High 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Blend in nuts. Pour into wax paper lined 8-inch square dish. Chill.
