  • eggs - 2 item
  • butter or margarine - 1/4 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • yellow cake mix dry - 1 pkg

How to make 1-2-3 peanut butter cookies:

Heat oven to 375°. Beat peanut butter, water, butter, eggs and about half of the cake mix until smooth. Add remaining cake mix; blend thoroughly. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough about 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool a minute or two before removing from baking sheet. May add chocolate chips.
