Zucchini-sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- red pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- bulk sausage, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- cubed summer squash yellow, zucchini and/or patty pan - 4 c
How to make zucchini-sausage casserole:
Place squash in small amount of water in large saucepan; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Transfer to greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork sausage.
