Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/4 item
- tomato sauce - 1/2 1
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Cheese Topping:1 egg
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Cheese Topping:1 egg1/4 c. milk1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Heat oven to 425°. Brown together ground beef, onion and green pepper. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients, except the ones for cheese topping. Place into pie shell.In bowl beat first four ingredients for cheese topping. Mix in cheese and pour over pie. Bake for 30 minutes.
