Zucchini pineapple bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 1
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- raisins - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained 1 1/4 c
- vegetable oil I use Crisco - 1 c
How to make zucchini pineapple bread:
Mix the first 4 items. Add zucchini, pineapple, flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg, raisins and nuts. Pour into 2 well-greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.Note: Sometimes I use 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar.
