Zucchini muffins

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• salad oil - 1 c
• small can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 item
• full chopped zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini muffins:

Mix dry ingredients. Mix moist ingredients. Combine mixtures. Bake in paper lined muffin tins 400° for 20 minutes or 2 loaves zucchini bread, 350° 1 hour.
