  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • soda
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • diced, peeled apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Combine and mix the first 11 ingredients in order. Add the apples and pecans to the mixture. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Place cake in pan in a brown paper bag until cooled.
