- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 6 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- baking cocoa - 1/4 c
How to make zucchini chocolate cake:
Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and set aside. Cream butter, oil and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy, using electric beater at medium speed. Beat eggs in one at a time. Blend in vanilla and dry ingredients alternately with buttermilkRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
