Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can water - 3/4 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- stick melted oleo - 1/2 item
- Stove Top stuffing chicken flavor - 2 c
- small zucchini, peeled and sliced - 1 item
- carrot, grated coarsely - 1/2 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Spray or butter a 2-quart casserole; spread bottom with 1 cup Stove Top stuffing. Parboil zucchini, carrot and onion to tender-crisp. Drain and pour over stuffing in dish. Sprinkle 1 cup stuffing over zucchini mixture. Spread soup over, then melted oleo. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, until bubbly and somewhat brown.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
