Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- grated carrots - 2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- seasoned croutons - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese optional - 1 item
- zucchini sliced, cooked, drained and cooled - 2 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook onion, carrots, garlic and oleo. Mix soup to this mixture. Add sour cream and croutons. Add the zucchini. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. If desired, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
