Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of potato soup - 1 item
- Stove Top stuffing - 1 pkg
- peeled zucchini - 5 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Fix package of Stove Top according to package directions; add 1/4 cup more water. Parboil zucchini for 5 minutes and drain. Place 1/2 Stove Top mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and press into bottom of pan.Take drained zucchini and mix with sour cream and cream of potato soup. Add to casserole. Place rest of Stove Top evenly on top of zucchini. Bake in 350° oven for 1/2 hour to 40 minutes and serve.
