Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- zucchini squash unpeeled, sliced - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Fry meat, onion and garlic in butter and season with salt and sweet basil. Drain and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan; cover with zucchini slices and top each slice with some Velveeta cheese. Add one more layer of zucchini. Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Spread this over the top; cover with bread crumbs.
