  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • garlic clove, minced - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 1 tsp
  • small onion, minced - 1 item
  • oil for frying - 1 item
  • medium zucchini, grated - 3 item

How to make zucchini cakes:

Mix all ingredients well. Add more flour if necessary to make a thick batter. Drop by tablespoon into a hot, well oiled skillet. Fry until golden. Turn and brown other side.
