Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 tsp
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- oil for frying - 1 item
- medium zucchini, grated - 3 item
How to make zucchini cakes:
Mix all ingredients well. Add more flour if necessary to make a thick batter. Drop by tablespoon into a hot, well oiled skillet. Fry until golden. Turn and brown other side.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Main dish.
