Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- raw summer squash, grated - 2 c
How to make squash fritters:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir eggs into squash mixture. Add margarine. Drop fritters by tablespoon into a greased skillet. Cook until delicately brown. Turn and brown on other side. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Squash, Side dish.
