Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- salt
- flour - 3 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda
- vegetable oil
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- plus 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- coarsely shredded zucchini - 4 c
- sugar I am going to use less
How to make zucchini cake:
Heat oven to 325°. Grease and flour pan. Blend all ingredients on low speed 1 minute. Beat on medium for 1 minute. Pour into pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan and cool completely.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
