  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil
  • grated zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini brownies:

Beat eggs, oil and sugar together. Sift dry ingredients together and mix in. Add vanilla and zucchini. Pour into greased pan (10 x 15 x 2-inch). Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until done in center at 350°. If desired frost with cream cheese frosting.
