Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking soda
- egg - 1 item
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini brownies:
Cream sugars, oil and egg. Sift dry ingredients together. Add with all the rest. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.Recipe categories: Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie, Brownies.
