Zucchini brownies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• water - 1/2 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• baking soda
• egg - 1 item
• nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini brownies:

Cream sugars, oil and egg. Sift dry ingredients together. Add with all the rest. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
