Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 3/4 c
• flour
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add oil, sugar and zucchini. Add vanilla; mix lightly. Add dry ingredients. Beat and fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
