Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- nuts optional - 1/2 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix all other ingredients in separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
