Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsps
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• chopped nuts, optional - 1/2 c
• raisins, optional - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix first 5 ingredients together and beat well with mixer until smooth. Mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl. Gradually add to creamy mixture while mixing on low until well blended. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 5
