Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• raisins optional - 1/2 c
• chopped walnuts optional - 1/2 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix eggs, oil and sugar together. Blend remaining ingredients into mixture. Mix well. Pour evenly into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes (ovens vary) at 325°.
