  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all together. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
