  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs in bowl until frothy. Add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until thick. Add dry ingredients alternately with zucchini and nuts. Bake in 2 (8 x 4 x 3-inch) pans at 350° for 1 hour.
