Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- raisins optional - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- raw zucchini, grated - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in large bowl; blend well. Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Do not beat. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 lightly greased small loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
