Ingredients/Components

  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cooked rice - 2 c
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • browned hamburger - 1 lb
  • crushed corn chips - 1 c
  • grated Cheddar - 1/2 lb
  • Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium zucchini, halved - 2 item

How to make zucchini boats:

Mix hamburger, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, rice and seasonings. Fill zucchini boat with ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese and then corn chips. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
