Zucchini apple pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• brown sugar - 1/4 c
• oleo - 1/2 c
• lemon juice - 1/4 c
• or more zucchini, peeled and sliced - 4 c
• Then add 1/4 cup cornstarch

How to make zucchini apple pie:

Cook until zucchini is tender. Then add 1/4 cup cornstarch. Place in unbaked pie crust. Mix topping ingredients together and put over filling. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Topping:1/2 c. flour1/2 c. oleo1/4 c. brown sugar
