Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- egg yolks - 5 item
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- Marsala wine - 1 c
How to make zabaglione:
Place egg in top of double boiler; add sugar. Beat with mixer at medium speed until mixture is pale yellow and creamy.
